David Forrest, CCP Membership Development Coordinator, discusses:
CCP's Approach to Post Open Support
Ongoing support for your program beyond your launch, and year after year
"In Membership Development, we're there to support the physician, making sure they're comfortable with the program, that their staff is comfortable with the program, and most importantly, that we're there for them. That starts with training, but it really continues with that ongoing relationship that we have with the physician and their staff. We're always available to check in, answer any questions that they might have, and help them with any concerns that they may face along the way.
From there, our strong focus would be helping their program grow. That means making sure they know we're there to provide them the marketing support they need, and take some of the pressure off so they don't really have to sell their program. That's something that CCP takes care of. I always joke, 'you take care of the patients. I'll take care of the membership.'"
