I offer a concierge program for a limited number of patients who are interested in enhanced service and a more personalized approach to their health management. My concierge program allows me to provide you with a level of attention and service that–as a physician–I believe is so important.

There is no better investment than your long-term health. My concierge program ensures your wellness needs are met conveniently and with compassion and support. A physician who really knows you is key to the quality care you deserve.

Concierge Choice Program
My Concierge Choice members receive a number of benefits that are generally not available in traditional practices, such as:

• The Annual Comprehensive Screening Exam: The cornerstone of my program is my annual exam. This in-depth exam includes screenings that go beyond a traditional physical and helps me create a unique wellness plan based on your unique needs
• Concierge appointment windows with no more than two patients per hour, ensuring that you can be seen on-time, in an unhurried environment
• Same day/next day appointments
• My personal availability after hours or on weekends should you have an important medical needs
• A private office telephone number answered promptly by a Concierge Coordinator
• A dedicated practice staff that is focused on service
• Electronic access to important medical information
• A national network of concierge physicians available when you travel

Family Medicine

Mark Needham, MD, had a hero growing up. His grandfather, a small-town doctor in Ohio, inspired him, and Dr. Needham looks forward to beating his grandfather’s 50-year practice streak. Dr. Needham received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, then attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and received his training in family medicine at Santa Monica Hospital. 

Medicine is a family affair in the Needham home in Santa Monica. Not only does his wife, Eileen McGrath, MD, also practice family medicine, but their daughter is currently at medical school at Case Western Reserve University, and she looks forward to carrying on the Needham family medical legacy. Dr, Needham also has two sons living in New York. Patrick is a professional dancer and choreographer, and Kevin graduated from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music.

In his spare time, Dr. Needham likes to hike and mountain bike, golf, travel, read, and of course, keep current on the most recent medical trends and discoveries. He is also an avid Lionel model train fan, and he is currently building a reproduction of the Santa Monica Canyon and Pacific Garden Railroad in his backyard.
