Concierge Choice Program My Concierge Choice members receive a number of benefits that are generally not available in traditional practices, such as: More Time In many practices you are a number on a chart, not a name. I want to change that. As a concierge physician, I take the extra time necessary to understand your health history and challenges, consult with you, provide you with care and treatment and answer any questions you may have. Relaxed Appointments that Start On Time Longer, relaxed appointments that start on time, provided in a comforting environment conducive to good health. Easy Ways to Reach Me Directly Members can email me or call my private cell phone number so that we can handle any after-hours concerns directly. Convenient Appointment Scheduling In most cases, you’ll be seen the same day or next day you call, and appointments will be scheduled with convenience in mind. Patient Advocacy What happens to you outside of our office is very important to me. I can serve as your advocate with other health providers and specialists, helping you schedule appointments and make important medical decisions. Annual Consultation You receive an annual concierge consultation to review your complete health history and develop strategies to address any goals or concerns, plus an initial consultation with a nutritionist. Coordination of Hospital Care We will work with the physicians who oversee your care at Mount Sinai hospital. Dedicated Staff Focused on Service You will have a concierge coordinator to efficiently book appointments, assist with paperwork and handle any other logistics with efficiency. My Personal Communication I will reach out to you directly to discuss your lab and test results and answer any questions you may have. Complimentary Enrollment of Children Your children ages 18-26 will receive membership benefits at no additional cost when a parent joins. Online Wellness Coaching Members get exclusive access to CCP’s Motivated Mondays, an online motivation program. Board Certifications Internal Medicine Education & Medical Training Dr. Suden is a dedicated and highly experienced physician who has been affiliated with Mount Sinai for more than 26 years. She completed her undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, earned her medical degree from Temple University, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in medical education, mentoring and lecturing residents within the Mount Sinai Beth Israel’s Internal Medicine Residency Program. Her professional interests include preventive care, women’s health, thyroid disease, weight management, hypertension and mental health. Dr. Suden has been honored with the Cullman Award for Excellence in patient communication.
