Our Pediatric Concierge Medicine program is designed to support you and your family.  We can work together to help you navigate parenthood and make choices that are right for your child and your lifestyle. You can feel confident you have a pediatrician you trust, who knows you and your family well, in your corner supporting you.

The Pediatric Concierge Medicine Program

Participants receive a number of benefits that are generally not available in traditional practices, such as:

• Annual consultative appointment: We can take our time and review any health
  concerns and developmental milestones, and provide support as you navigate your role as a parent.
  
• Dedicated staff focused on convenience: You will have a Concierge Coordinator to efficiently book appointments, answer questions or help you with paperwork.
  
• Direct after-hours support: You’ll be able to contact me directly on my cell phone,
  even after hours, with any questions you might have. 
  
• Coordination of specialist referrals and appointments: My staff and I can help you secure appointments with other healthcare professionals.
  
• A healthcare advocate for your children: If your child sees other health professionals, I can help you understand testing and treatment regimens and help you make medical decisions in the context of your child’s whole health history.
  
• Annual behavioral psychologist consultation: You can schedule a meeting each year with a Weill Cornell child psychologist who can discuss any concerns and answer any questions you may have.

Education & Medical Training

​Dr. Paul Chung received his M.D. from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed pediatrics residency training at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in 2005. He served as a pediatrician and officer in the U.S. Army until 2010 during which his roles included Officer-In-Charge of the Camp Humphreys Health Clinic, Chief of Newborn and Inpatient Services at Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, and Program Director for the Pediatric Advanced Life Support course in Seoul, South Korea. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal at the rank of Major prior to his honorable discharge.
Dr. Chung was an Attending in pediatric hospital medicine at Maimonides Medical Center from 2010-2018. His roles included Associate Medical Director of the pediatric inpatient unit, Director of the Pediatric Simulation program and Site Director for the medical student pediatric clerkship. Faculty positions included Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and NYU School of Medicine.
